Included: In standard price is a self serve early morning buffet tabled with coffee, hot water for tea, and muffins, etc. that is located on the second floor landing next to all of the guest rooms.

A full course breakfast will be served at 8:30am. Air conditioning runs throughout the home. All guest rooms have private door locks.

A social hour from 5:00pm - 7:00pm on Friday and Saturdays in the living room with wine and limited appetizers.
