General Information

• Open all year.
• All prices are Per Night with a 2 person occupancy, special pricing and two night stay required on certain weekends and holidays. (ex. Pack Home Game, EAA, Memorial Day) and subject to state, local and county sales tax.
• Weekends are considered Friday and Saturday.
• Weekdays are considered Sunday through Thursday.
• Check-in time 4:00 - 6:00 pm, special request please call and verify.
• Check-out time by 11:00 am.
• No pets unless needed for a disability.
• No one under the age of 21 years old, special request please call and verify. Since we have no pool or anything children would be interested in they tend to find us a little boring.
• No burning of candles, suite dimmers create a romantic glow.
• We are a smoke free establishment, smoking is permited outside only.

Deposits

• A credit card number is required to secure reservations.
• Guest will be responsible for full payment upon arrival.
• No refunds for unused days due to the late arrivals or early departures.
• We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks, and Cash.
• Deposits made by personal checks, equal to one night, must be received within seven (7) days after reservations are made.

Cancellations
Your deposit will be refunded if we are notified 14 days before reservation, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If a last minute cancellation is necessary and the room can be re-booked, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
